Supposedly GB and Haymon got a deal with the MGM worth a lot millions (that Floyd doesn't get any of btw) that ensures them (MGM) that he ONLY fights there. Fifty tried to tell Floyd about that but Floyd still wouldn't leave Al. Haymon is the man. Mother ****ers thank Haymon before they thank god and their own damn families. Lol

crazy aint it? Truth is that if I fed my family by getting a paychec I wouldn't understand it....But a funny thing is when you are responsible for a business entity you have a very short time to go through a learning curve. Some things are counter intuitive but better be learned quick if you do not want to end up under a bridge with a suicide note pinned to your chest.

I am no FLoyd!!! far from it haha but I happen to be a "decision maker" for a company I own. What I found out rather quickly in multiple locations and instances is that TRUST and LOYALTY will make you or break you. I have a few "Haymons" even to the point where I disagree with an approach, a decision. When you trust someone though you trust them, if things blow up you talk about it after but if you give the responsability you don't take it back on a whim.

On the other hand, I have had many very bright, charming, attractive, knowledgable people....people like Fifty, who were a dangerous, a threat to my business....People that would have screwed me financially, screwed up the dynamics of trust I rely upon and....screwed me legally. Many of these people are shameless and will do so as casually as you or I ask to pass the peas at dinner. Sociopaths are like that and many times they are the people that most people would depend upon....ever wonder why so many succesful athletes wind up broke? Well the above is a clue.

I completely understand Floyd's approach. I understand his pathological hatred for Arum as well. And Fifty? Fifty was the most dangerous threat to Floyd's empire, bet on it (Floyd does haha). People like Hamon appreciate you. They will listen to you if you listen to them and understand the concept of "a team." People like Fifty and Arum are out for number one and number one alone. They stir up **** like fifty is doing now and Arum has consistently done.

Thats been my experience. I still think Floyd will wind up broke if he is not careful but...he understands the concept of loyalty and honor and thats a big advantage when you need your team to be there for you.

I hope this is true simply because Ray J is annoying. I saw him in Vegas when I met Floyd before the Canelo fight. Him and that dude Jackie are annoying as hell. Floyd needs to dump all of them just like 50 and stick with the people who helped him get to the top. Not the bandwagon groupies.

Floyd spoke about the 50 Cent stuff in a recent article. He spoke abot how 50 tried to coerce one of floyds close friends to get floyd to leave AL Haymon and start a company with floyd. Floyd remained loyal to Haymon and 50 is still boitchin about it since his promotional company failed miserably without floyd.

A beautiful example of why when so many were like "yeah fitty he smart, he whut boxing need!" and assuredly Arum was part of that chorus. Boxing promotions are not for the weak or inexperienced! I mean if people only thought

a) Don King survives a war with one of the most viscious well connected G's and commits a coupla homicides along the way....Not a wilting lilly by any means

b) Arum? was there ever a more cutthroat sociopath? with a law degree and years

c) Oscar...well Oscar seems to be having a few issues with the pressure, the man took to wearing stockings and hells fer chrissake!

So I would really like to know....How was Fifty gonna come in and get somewhere as a boxing promoter? I mean Floyd has an in and got rid of this sychophant as soon as he could (one day after jail) that tells one quite a bit

Anyone who lets 50 to close doesnt pay attention to the young buck situation.

Now Im not taking sides because maybe young buck started it but the problem I had with the situation is 50 got young buck on the phone...recorded it and released it to the whole world.
