Undisputed. AS IN THERE ARE NO OTHER CHAMPIONS IN YOUR DIVISION THAT DISPUTE YOUR CLAIM. I suppose it's the fault of the sanctioning organizations and their ******ed disallowing of uniting belts that people don't even know what an undisputed champion is.

Undisputed champ: You hold all 4 major belts (WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO). It used to be 3 but the WBO got included at some point.

This is the criteria for undisputed champion:

1920-1963, a boxer who held both the NYSAC and NBA (WBA) titles simultaneously.
1963–1983, a boxer who held both the WBA and WBC titles simultaneously.
1983–2003, a boxer who held the WBA, WBC, and IBF titles simultaneously.
2003–Present, a boxer who holds the WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO titles simultaneously.

Just because Floyd is fighting in this era, shouldnt knock him from a certain position ATG. The skills that he has and the way he makes fighters look silly is second to none.

Undisputed champion means there are no other champions to dispute your claim. There are other world champions at both welterweight and junior middleweight who dispute Mayweather's claim.

Now people want to change the meaning of undisputed champion for this man.

Some sanctioning bodies won't allow their belts to be held in combination with other belts... I believe the IBF forces you to drop their belt or the other. So how can anyone be undisputed champion of the world by with your set of standards ?

It's not MY standards. It's the standards by which undisputed champions have always been determined. Wlad gets to keep his belts, and the only reason he isn't undisputed is because he won't try for his brother's belt, for obvious reasons. If you unify but get stripped, you can still be considered undisputed.
