By each boxing organization. AS IN THE WBC, WBA, AND IBF. Who do those organizations recognize as champion? THE FIGHTER HOLDING THEIR TITLE. Undisputed champions are champions who hold every major belt, or did and were stripped afterwards. Mayweather does not and has not been stripped. He is not undisputed champion in either division. Notice how Mayweather is not listed as undisputed champion in that second link? Notice the explanation for why those listed were listed?

It's not the same thing. There is a very clear way a fighter is recognized as undisputed champion. Floyd Mayweather does not fit that criteria. You're trying to change the rules of what an undisputed champion is. It's right there for you to read.
