Khan needs to fight Soto. No one will pay to see him wait around and land a big payday fight against Floyd in May without fighting a solid opponent beforehand.

The problem is if he fights a solid opponent beforehand hes likely going to get leveled. I wouldn't pick him over Soto, noway.
