GGG could be considered the GOAT if....

he moves up to 168 and beats ward....

fulfills his contract at HBO... moves down to 154 and beats floyd....

as hypotheticals go, that would solidify anyones greatness.

in saying that, i think he's a hype job that would get whooped by peter quillin.

I don't think so. If he's smaller fighter (like Mayweather) and he does that, then maybe.

I think he would be favorite against Floyd at 154, and would have at least 25% chance to beat Ward at 168..

He should do it the other way. Beat Mayweather now, then Ward. He'd still be a LONG way away from GOAT. At his age it isn't reasonable, or even possible most likely, even if he could do it.

        floyd's p4p no. 1

        ward p4p no. 2

he moves up.... and then moves down....

        that's an incredible feet

imo he'd get whooped by floyd at 154... but if.... he did it would signal goatness

How about Floyd move to 160 to fight him? He'd be considered the GOAT.

Peter Quillin is a mediocre boxer at best. Golovkin is more skilled, more powerful and is smarter. GGG would knock him out after five rounds of brutal beating.

              consider this....

lets say.... ward loses that one fight.... and goes on to dominate 168 and 175 goes down as an atg and never loses again....

floyd's already an atg.... and ggg inflicts his solitary loss....

that's goatness.... and lets say its a given he stays undefeated and dominates 160, breaks a bunch of records etc.

it's like sal sanchez.... azumah nelson/ wilfredo gomez are what solidify his legacy

After he fights Stevens the next time he'll step in the ring he'll be nearly 32 as much as he depends on natural ability he has no shot.

he's not feather fisted.... you cant just walk through him.

he can box if he wants to.
