    I got Kovalev.
He was #3 behind the Champion.

    Champ - Stevenson
    #1 - Hopkins
    #2 - Kovalev
    #3 - Cloud

Shows you how weak the division is.

Two people said Cloud was the #3 LHW? That's one of the most absurd things I've read. He's barely top 10, just barely.

Onto the real topic in question, I felt this was a good matchup before the obvious destruction of overhyped Cloud took place. Stevenson is dangerous, but is also a good boxer. Same can be said of Kovalev as well as both possessing power in both hands, plus they both work the body. JDJ used to train Stevenson so that's bonus points for Kovalev.

Hard to pick a winner just yet but either way, it's by far the best fight of the division.

Hard to tell really... we now know Adonis has a tremendous work rate as well and can obviously go deep into fights keeping the same work rate throughout with good footwork and body/head movement.he can also counter punch well from the back foot and apply front foot pressure with good results and he very good hand speed when he's not being lazy

All I know about Kovalev is he can put solid medium speed punches together with almost George Foreman like power for his size (the way he throws his straight right hand is very Foreman like). It seems like he would be able to keep the pace for the 12 rounds after the bombardment on Cleverly he hardly looked like he broke a sweat,Kovalev is also extremely accurate at hitting a moving head target as he showed against Cleverly when he was on the defensive and is by far the better finisher compared to Stevenson (in a pressure way when he gets his man hurt)

I think Stevenson has a great outside game but it all depends on whether Kovalev can walk through those left hands to barrage on the inside

Because if he was from anywhere else he probably wouldnt of even had a title shot yet and maybe been exposed sooner.

And I had him #3 behind Hopkins and Dawson who they had #4. Kovalev still hasnt done anything special to deserve top 3 imo. Clouds razor thin win over Johnson > British hypejob Cleverly

He crushed Campillo. You know, the guy who clowned Cloud?

                  Stevenson
                  Hopkins
                  Kovalev
                  Dawson
                  Pascal

That's before I even consider listing Cloud, and I'm pretty sure there are others I would list. He's looked terrible for a while now.
Hes been more active then Pascal who hasnt fought since Hopkins embarrassed which is why Pascal dropped since that fight was in 2011. Dawson got destroyed in his last two fights.

im just making the case before last night. Im not saying I thought highly of cloud but you of all peoplr should know boxing math doesnt work since you had it in your sig forever ha.

Im not saying Cloud would beat Kovalev im just saying he beat Campillo too and beat Glenn johnson and destroyed yusef mack who is not much worse then clev. Which is why theirs an arguement he could have been rated higher before last night. Now he drops far.

I'm guessing $Natepratpkid$ was in one of his ganja-induced coma's when Campillo slapped Cloud about over a year and a half ago.
