The host ventured the possibility of Mayweather v Golovkin, and Lee's like "nah Mayweather is clever in picking and choosing his opponents", Nelson says "he fought Canelo" and Lee wasn't having it, saying there's a difference between Canelo and Golovkin.

Anyway, it's a fantasy fight. What's really interesting is Lee says he's willing to fight Golovkin so there's another opponent for him moving into 2014.

Lee shouldn't be on Golovkin's radar at this point.

Just because you win in boxing doesn't mean everything is alright~ it was alright tonight because the right guy was in front of him who nobody thought would last 6 rounds who wasn't trying to pull a flier out of their ass to look smart.

He beat Stevens so what~ a fringe guy and he didn't look overly impressive. Now it is only one fight so making too much a big deal over a win is not very wise but one should always look at both the positives and the negatives. There are guys much better than Stevens out there and it doesn't take that much to go from winning a fight like that to getting crushed.

Not too sure to be honest but I think surely you'd have to beat someone in the Top 20 before getting a place in the Top 10.

It looks like someone with speed, lateral movement, and a good use of distance will provide issues for him and if you can add in power too.......it doesn't look like smooth sailing for 3G.

That lack of speed man....I'm telling you, Sergio would be throwing 6 punch combinations against him. I can't see him blocking more than 1 or 2 given his speed. As the fight progresses, his face is going to take damage especially with the way Sergio twists his wrists when he punches.

I disagree slightly. I think GGG wants his opponent to try and back up and use movement so he can cut the ring off and pin them on the ropes. Where Stevens had success was holding his ground and throwing hard counters while GGG was throwing. Its a very dangerous game though and GGG has now shown he has the chin to take big shots and still break the other guy down

limited as pressure fighters, Matthysse because he doesnt move his upper body well(his blocking is underrated) and has a limited punch variety, Angulo because he is slow as hell and just not that good.....i thought GGG was better than that....he fought smart under his style, he didnt struggle or anything....but his shortcomings were made apparent, i see why Canelo gave him a good match in sparring....all Canelo does is wait and counter hard.-- the way GGG backs up when he feels those counters coming and loses all momentum he had on offense was just very apparent...

I agree with that. Surely its better though for GGG to reset and lose his momentum rather than just keep coming forward onto hard shots? Thats what Hatton tried vs Mayweather and Angulo vs Lara and it just got them broken down and beaten up.
