Arum is the only one holding this fight. When has Arum worked well with any other promoter? There is always a lot of stipulations or you have have to sign with Arum.

I think there are three factors at play here.

1. Floyd says Arum owes him money
2. Floyd doesn't want Arum making huge bank off of this fight as he begrudges him for the money owed
3. Floyd is scared of doing the Booty Dew for the first time in his career.

As a recreational Khan hater, I must confess, pre Garcia Khan under Roach would be interesting stylistically, he would probably get KO'd in the later rounds but it would be relatively competitive...Post Garcia Khan is done...if this fight happens now with the current Khan it would just be an exhibition of Khan's twerking skills.
