I believe hougigo made the thread a little while ago. Would've been nice to be that busy, but he still got a lot done this year. Decapitating Stevens is going to be a great way to end his year in the ring.

There was a post w/someone saying he was getting at least 500g idk if that's true but if so that's why he went along without much fuss

With Pirog returning, Geale and Sturm without a belt, Korobov possibly becoming a contender, Chudinov fighting often and being moved quickly hopefully he'll get some more good opposition into the ring with him in 2014 even if Martinez, Barker, Murray, Quillin don't happen which i think is unlikely.

I expect Barker, Murray, Macklin, Lee, Saunders, Geale to all be unavailable while waiting for a IBF shot and for the belt to get passed around for a couple years.

I would really like to see Geale in March, maybe Koborov coming off a good victory over a top 15 MW in June to stay busy, then Martinez in November for the MW title.

Only 500K? I think that's kinda low TBH, the weight limit has gone up 9 lbs from the originally announced weight. But for Vera, I think this is by far his biggest payday. Would be great if he won, then got a million for a rematch.
