Unfortunately it will take Wald and Vitali to retire before they are really appreciated. Imagine how the HW division would be without them right now.

That is the same with almost all fighters. Wlad will be top 10. I'm not sure where Vitali will be ranked. He's a dominant champion but he could have done more. The Lewis fight proves he amonst the greates when you think about it.

Agreed. It's kinda sad when you think about it. Not sure why it's so hard to appreciate fighters when they are actually fighting, opposed to being retired. I can only comment on the Boxing I have watched through the years, but I feel the HW division is going to be in pretty bad shape when Klitschkos reitre. Just from a global standpoint it's going to be a major shift.

If the current crop is the best we have than I agree. Hopefully a new influx of fighters come in who are not only talented but hungry.

Lol, he was a moderator and was the biggest troll this website has ever seen. All he did on here was harass Klitschko fans. It was pathetic. He deserved to be banned.

Wladimir is one of the greatest of all times, no doubting it. The jab, footwork, right hand, left hook, combinations, defence, lateral movement, intelligence to be patient and his superb conditioning. The only question mark is chin but you have to land on it and not many have at all since 2004.

Wladimir Klitschko hasn't lost in 9.5 yrs.... 18 - 0.... his last 15 fights have been title fights

Vitali Klitschko hasn't lost in 10 yrs...... 13 - 0....... his last 12 fights have been title fights.

The Klitschko's are riding a 30 fight winning streak since either has lost (9.5 yrs) (including 27 straight title fights)

                  The Klitschko's are 105-5 = 95.4%

                  The Klitschko's have stopped 92 out of 110 opponents = 83.6%

A Klitschko victory is 87.6% of the time via stoppage

A Klitschko fight ends in stoppage either way 88.2% of the time

A Klitschko fight has gone to the scorecards 11 times out of 110

(all 11 times the Klitschko's won unanimously & in lopsided fashion)

That means exactly 90% of there fights NEVER goes the distance.

The Klitschko's have been knocked down 11 times.

The Klitschko's have fought 548 rds & have won approximately 500 of them = 91.2%

The Klitschko's have Only trailed on the cards at the end of a fight once & that was for less than 2 rds vs Sanders.... coincidentially... that's the ONLY bout they've ever been outslugged or outboxed out of 110 fights

That means 109 of 110 bouts have ended with either Klitschko outboxing & outslugging his opposition.. in fact that Sanders bout is the ONLY fight any opponent has landed or thrown more punches than them in a fight.

Wladimir has won 14 consecutive title defenses... Vitali has won 9 consecutive title defenses (11 if you count the Peter fight as a defense.... if we're keeping it real)

The Klitschko's have won 23 consecutive title defenses between them dating back to the Calvin Brock fight 7 yrs ago.

The Klitschko's have been undisputed champions for 2.25 yrs

They've been co-champions going on 5 yrs now

Either Klitschko has been a champion for 7.5 yrs now (9.5 yrs if including Vitali's stint as champion emeritus)
