Khan is as good as Baldomir and Gatti for sure. Hes as good as Guerrero as well. Heck hes even as good as Ortiz.

You don't really have to be special to fight Floyd.

Madaina made Ortiz quit after a severe beat down, Khan at least beat Maidana.

      Khan > Ortiz.

Khan is a good boxer, just not a good fighter, lacks a good chin.

Khan has faced a lot tougher opposition than Canelo too.

He's from England, that's the only thing that seems to drive this, GB wants this fight and will make it happen somehow Khan skipping Devon If true is evident but if it doesn't happen overthere it won't sell in the states bcse Khan doesn't have that big of a following(does he?) nobody will take it serious the outcome is certain

I think Floyd fans are just boasting and proud that FLoyd fought someone like Canelo who was considered to be quite a bit of a threat and Canelo was supposed to have potential, but Canelo hasn't done anything Khan hasn't done.
Also Floyd doesn't fight so called risky fights like Canelo every fight. So khan fits the bill anyway or anyhow you look at it. Floyds mindset isn't that he has to fight someone more dangerous than Canelo now, his mind isn't wired like that.

Canelo was never risky, so many things against him, and the only advantage Canelo had was size and he did not have the attributes to use that advatage.

Khan has a great jab and super fast hands as well as being good condtioned and can fight at a high pace.

Unfortunately Khan also has a weak chin, very poor recovery, a pretty poor boxing brain, has difficulties in following a game plan, and a bad temperament.

Technically Khan is more risk to Floyd than Canelo but he also had a very real chance of getting KOed.

If Khan can stay on his feet, it could be decent

Bull****. Broner was overrated, but he still hits hard and has above average skills. He'd KO khan within four.

Canelo would have been a threat if he didn't fight in the same old Canelo way. He needed to put it on Floyd early but he didn't, he boxed his usual fight and it was never going to be good enough.

It will be entertaining, Khan fights almost always are.

However, I find it difficult to see Khan getting a decision against Alexander who is a Haymon fighter in the US. If that fight goes ahead, the Khan-Floyd fight probably doesn't.

The only thing Khan has ever done is look extremely vulnerable, that's it. If that's what it takes, then this fight will happen. other than that, Khan hasn't done a damn thing favorably (boxing) wise to deserve this fight.

Canelo never had the stamina for that kind of fight. He never did, and the catchweight made matters worse.

Canelo is not a pressure fighter and has never been one.

Floyd knew it and about his poor stamina
