khan's popularity is severely overrated....

aint nobody really interested in that fight.....

he needs to bring a belt to the table bare minimum.... if he beats alexandre.... which i think he should and can..... get that strap from broner.... then he'll deserve a shot, two belts.... he's earned his shot.

That's true and I agree (except for the part of Amir beating Devon), Khan isn't anywhere near as popular as Hatton, who was also considered the man of a division and brought a pretty undefeated record to the table. The Brits are loyal, but they're not blind enough to think Khan stands any chance. Seems like more UK fans like Floyd over Khan anyhow.

He has done nothing to earn a shot at Mayweather or even a shot at Alexander. He has never defeated a 147 pound fighter in his life and he just barely beat Diaz who is ranked number 40 by Boxrec. at a catchweight of 143.If he fights and defeats Alexander then he has earned a shot at Mayweather but I don't think he can beat Alexander. If he gets the Mayweather fight without first beating Alexander it is because he has lots of fans in the UK that will pay lots of money to see him fight Floyd.
