It's not superior in its methods, at least I don't think it is, but USADA has been very shady in their short time in the sport.

i think it boils down to CIR testing to catch synthetic testosterone...VADA uses CIR testing 100% of the time (they caught peterson for synthetic testosterone) whereas USADA uses CIR testing very occasionally...

also VADA has been involved in no scandals/controversy in boxing so far..whereas USADA has been caught doing some really shady things like trashing tests results, and letting a fight continue despite a fighter testing positive, etc...

when it comes to testing in boxing VADA has shown a much better track record compared to USADA...so you can trust that VADA is doing things right with the pacquiao vs rios testing...

also VADA testing is far more inexpensive than USADA testing..

people are already expecting pac to look past it based off the fact that NO ONE has come back 100% from a devastating KO loss......
