Khan doesn't win more than 3 rounds. I bet he would only win 1.. and that's after he goes balls to the wall after round 1 where he realizes he's in for a, short night.
Would Khan do a better job against Floyd than Canelo was able to?

you can practically say that about anyone vs mayweather.
khan's speed will be an issue for maybe a round and a half because there isn't much iq or technique behind it and he's not very slick with it either. his biscuit chin seems worse after garcia so there's a good chance he gets laid out by a flush counter.I think it would look like the judah fight.
Khan would start off fast, moving around, throwing combos.
He might even sneak a couple debatable rounds b4 mayweather outclasses him later.
It might be better style wise for khan more than canelo because Floyd doesn't press for an early ko, and favors outlasting and frustrating his opponents.
If mayweathers hands weren't so brittle I'd put my money on Khan getting tko'd in the later rounds though whereas even b4 the Alvarez fight I never saw floyd knocking him outComment

I think Khan would make it a more dramatic, competitive fight for as long as it lasts. His fast feet guarantee that. Mayweather's "genius" is his natural athletic advantage. He controls distance like a mongoose, repetitively causing his opponent to miss and fall out of position until it's safe for him to attack. Khan is also "dumb enough" to keep pressing in on Mayweather which is in fact the key to disrupting Floyd's passive aggressive methods. I wouldn't expect Khan to win however. He makes too many mistakes though Floyd's ability to make opponent's pay is generally overrated. He was sizing up Hatton for that check hook for rounds before he actually sent it home. Khan would make Mayweather look human. Very confident of that.

In a way he would imo. He probably wouldn't last the distance, but he has the potential to make things interesting for three or four rounds with his handspeed. It would be a first for Floyd to fight someone faster than him, and I'm curious to see how he adjusts. I'm pretty sure he would time and KO Khan eventually, but it's still an intriguing matchup for me.Comment

depends how you look at it.
floyd is a slow starter and khan would come out fast throwing a high volume of fast punches from the first bell. as a result he would probably win some early rounds.
however in that time floyd would read him, adapt and then go on to outclass him completely and knock him out.
so he would win more rounds, but he wouldnt go the distance, some will claim he did great until he got caught and he just made a mistake or whatever while others will recognize there was no way he would ever go teh distance with floyd. then again he would be giving floyd some problems even if it would last very briefly.Comment

I voted Khan would do worse than Canelo. I don't think Khan would even come close to winning a single round. Mayweather is Waaaay out of Khan's class. Mayweather is not Prescott or Peterson. He is the best fighter in the world. Mayweather hits with more accuracy, timing and power than Prescott and he could easily take Khan out in the first round if he wanted to. I think Mayweather knocks Khan out in 3 rounds or less. The fight is a mismatch.Comment
