5 ppvs in a year is actually very little, I remember PPVs where it was a A-side vs the number 15th guy and a pathetic undercard.

Streaming them all, but Broner Maidana might be the best value(good under card). I just cant stand TOPranks under cards, not worth it

I understand. I remember some of those PPVs as well. I just can't think of any year where we had a PPV in 4 consecutive months. It doesn't seem like good business for Top Rank to have a PPV in October and November.

The only main event I'm interested in seeing is JMM vs Bradley. I don't care about Broner-Maidana & Rios-Pac. So I somewhat agree with the thread title

Bradley vs JMM doesnt deserve my money with the undercard Arum put together. Ill get the PAC fight n there's no way I'm ordering the Broner vs Maidana ppv. It's Dec 14th and the UFC has a monster card on Fox that night so I'm good with that. Anthony Pettis, Urijah Faber, Carlos Condit all fighting in seperate bouts on that night.

I'm going after the legit card and that's broner v maidana.

Bradley v JMM is a legit fight but still haven't heard a undercard for that fight s I'm out.

PAC v rios has two losers fighting with a crap card and shouldn't be PPV.

Pac fight is horrible for a PPV 2 guys coming off losses. WHo the hell wants to pay for that. I will be skipping that fight
You put way too much ****ing emphasis on whether a fighter is ''coming off a win'' or not.

This is two fighters coming off loses. One brutally KO'd and the other has heart but is not really that good. Throw in a crap undercard and you have....crap

                    why do you say that?

Why would anyone pay to see pac who just got slept and rios who just got out pointed?

Then pay money for that. Trippin

Showtime's budget is shot for the year, that's why Broner-Maidana is on PPV.

Pacquiao-Rios and Marquez-Bradley are the first PPV's HBO has carried since Pacquiao-Marquez 4 last December. They haven't pushed too many on us and even though the undercards aren't great, with those names, you knew they were going to put them on PPV.
