2012 “Trainer of the Year” Robert Garcia says that after two days of workouts at his Oxnard Gym in California, Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire is “looking very good.”

Garcia who was watching a tape of Donaire’s 5th round knockout of Vic Darchinyan on July 7, 2007 along with Nonito when we contacted him, told BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard that Donaire was “very fast, very powerful.”

He said that while Donaire “needs some conditioning, its not there yet, even though the footwork is there.”

So now it's Ariza shakes rather than Conte shakes? Either way I don't see them being the cure for Rigonditis. Have you heard of it? It's a very severe psychological condition which causes an otherwise confident fighter to freeze up in the ring, follow his opponent around aimlessly whilst eating right hooks repeatedly, then often ending with the sufferer holding a glove over their eye for dear life as they stumble around in a confused stupor.
