    WBO/IBO/WBA/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko is preparing hard for his scheduled defense against undefeated mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin, scheduled for October 5th at Olympic Stadium in Moscow, Russia. The battle has been postponed twice over the years, but finally the two Olympic gold medal winners are going to battle in the ring for the world crown.                       I'm no doctor but from the 2nd photo I'd say Wlad has the worst case of piles I've ever seen.
