Absolutely. The first KD is what makes this all so incredibly su****ious. Marquez has landed that punch many times, and landed better many times, without even coming close to putting Pac down. That shot not only put Pac down, it had him wobbly afterwards. It genuinely hurt him.

the ONLY reason juan is suspect is bc he never dropped manny before with all the hard shots he's landed and he looked soft and weak as ***e vs floyd at welter, but otherwise he's a hard worker and a smart counter puncher. he has a little more pack in his punch nowadays and he landed in the right spot.

It's a combination of things really that lead to the KO. Manny was not fully focused, he got careless and walked into one. It was just as much Manny's fault as it was a nicely timed punch by JMM AND Manny was unlucky enough to trip over JMM's foot and into the punch. All those things combined created the KO, however the one punch knockdown is a head scratcher, there is no one person who wasn't shocked by that.

marquez outweighed pac by like 2 lbs on fight night...cotto, clottey, margarito, mosley all outweighed pac by more than 10lbs on fight night...and each guy landed big shots (i.e. cotto landed a big left hand and a huge uppercut..a 160+ mosley landed a stiff right hand, margarito and clottey landed their share of uppercuts)...

and pac only outweighed marquez by 4 lbs in their 2nd fight...

and pac's feet were completely off the canvas when marquez landed this huge left hook in their 2nd fight..

That was a nicely placed left hook but i dont think it had nearly the power generated by that right that ko'd manny in the fourth fight. That hook is looping and looks like its more arm than body behind it and still hurt him the right that ko'd pacquiao was straight down the pipe and much harder because pacquiao was moving in to it and Marquez had full body weight behind that punch unlike that hook

juan manuel marquez never before showed the type of one punch power he did against pac...name another top fighter that marquez easily knocked down with one punch let alone ko'ed with a single shot...

plus it's not even the ko ratio you need to examine...it's the fact that marquez fought pac TWICE in his prime and did not even score ONE knockdown..and he landed some clean strong punches..but all of a sudden at age 39 and after hiring a KNOWN STEROID CHEMIST he's able to knockdown pac effortlessly with one punch (the same punch he landed on pac in their first fight) and then knock out pac with one punch...c'mon...

and ariza didn't know who heredia was back in 2011....and even got in trouble for possibly insinuating that heredia was doing something illegal..but now ariza i think is more connected with heredia...possibly they worked together to condition chavez jr against martinez back in 2012 is my best guess..
