At this point the Pacquiao fight will be more of a negative for Floyd legacy wise. He will beat him easily but everyone will just say he ducked him when they were both prime.

But there would be some closure and we need another electrifying atmosphere like the last Floyd fight.

I have had my negatives regarding Floyd but lets face it, many said he wouldn't fight Guerrero or Canelo and he fought them and beat them. And I was a Floyd fan for over 10 years but some things he did changed my perception of him. But his last performance has gained my respect. If he grows as a person, that is what matters most. He has Danny Garcia, Martinez, GGG, and some Welterweights he can fight. But he should fight guys 140-154 and no higher unless he is compelled to.

What the fans and networks need to understand is not every Floyd fight can be against elite comp. No champion in the history of the sport defending their belts against nothing but elite fighters. It’s impossible!

Is someone going to tell me Mike Tyson, De La Hoya, Roy Jones, Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, Whitaker, Chavez SR, Morales, Barrera, JMM, etc.. only fought elite competition once they were champion? I don’t think so.

Floyd should fight a guy like Devon Alexander or Khan in his next fight. It shouldn’t be on PPV either.

It's really hard i'll buy a future FLOYD's fight;be honest only COTTO made our money work;we can watch fighters like GGG,MARTINEZ,PACQUIAO,RIOS,BRADLEY,JMM,DONAIRE,MAR ES,MATTHYSSE,COTTO,KHAN without falling to sleep;AND DON'T FORGET THE FIGHT PROVODNIKOV vs ALVARADO THAT I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Floyd should fight pacman. I think that fight will do better than the canelo fight. Wont be as boring for sure. Floyd would get easy money like he says, pac sucks now according to him. I notice all the payper view I bought is because it had canelo in the under card. May vs mosley, may vs ortiz, may vs cotto. Plus may vs canelo in the main event. Didnt buy the guerro fight, no canelo no good ppv buys for floyd.
