Now a failed drug test would have been a different scenario but we will never know what Pac may or may not have been doing unless someone **** him out down the line (which may very well happen.)
Let's face it Arum pulls the strings and didn't want to make the fight out of spite for Floyd and Oscar/Golden Boy. Konz is Arum's guy and makes sure Manny does what he is told by Top Rank.
Are you thinking that Ariza well rat him out?

No Ariza has too much to lose. If he talks no fighter will work with him.
But think of all the people Manny has just hanging around. Once the money from fighting stops coming in someone may want to try and cash out by going public about Manny....

Here is you answer: What did Floyd do when Manny said yes to testing?

Floyd and company went all out and ACCUSED Manny. Floyd Sr said he shouldn't fight Manny. Floyd was looking for a way out.

Floyd said even before the initial negotiations this "People know that I will not fight Manny with a 50/50 deal, NO WAY!"

And they'll get sued unless concrete evidence comes into fruition.

Do you even know when Manny said yes to testing? That was like round 3 of negotiations. Round 1 Pac demanded penalties for going over the weight. Round 2 Floyd asked for blood testing which Pac is doing now in his next fight...

Just think for a minute. Up to the time Manny said yes, all we heard from Floys was "Take the test and we have a fight". Once Manny said yes, Floyd came out with a new roadblock. Why did Floyd wait until then to bring up a new roadblock?

It looks like Floyd would dominate Pac. and its logical and i believe it.

but Floyd doesnt want to fight Pacquiao. Floyd is the only one who knows why. He has issued many different kinds of reasons I dont know which one is primary.

Floyd prioritizes not fighting Pacquiao than fighting Pacquiao.
