Cloud probably has a punchers chance but hes far more likely to get knocked out for my liking. Horrible style match up for Cloud

Cloud isn't good with boxers but if you stand and trade with him you're likely to get knocked out, and I never saw Cloud hurt while Stevenson got knocked out. It can go either way. But seeing as how Cloud averages about 1000 punches over 12 with the right kind of opponent, I can see him getting the ko.
