I used to believe in Povetkin like 5 years ago, but I can't shake the last few years either. Wlad is gonna have no problems.

yeah I'm looking forward to it in the hope that povetkin can make a fight of it though I think the most likely scenario is a repeat of wlad v chag

For me it is hard to get excited because I am expecting a mismatch.

I would be intrigued had Povetkin been on a dominant run going into this bout. But he hasn't exactly looked like a world beater. Not to mention that he arguably lost to Marco Huck.

Honestly I think that the new version of Chisora would give Wlad more of a run for his money.

Exactly... Huck unofficially won that fight; he landed the harder shots and had Povetkin exhausted. Huck isn't the caliber of fighter an established Heavyweight should have to rob a fight against if he's going to legitimately compete against Wlad. Has Povetkin even beat a top 10 Heavyweight?

He isn't strong enough to press and force Wlad backward to fight on the inside and he isn't good enough to outbox him on the outside. This will be another one sided destruction for Wlad.

Can never get excited over a Wlad fight. Vital would destroy Povektin but this will be Wlad-Haye 2 except even more ridiculous since Povetkin doesnt hit as hard as haye though he might be more aggressive.

Wlad has no reason to scared of him and could really probably take him out in under five but will probably jab him and clinch him to death everytime he gets close enroute to a boring decision or boring 10-11 fight until Wlad accidentally throws a hard punch that puts him to sleep.
