Paul Williams took 10 rounds and won a decision Nobuhiro has a good chin, heart and endurance and GGG walked in touched him in the 3rd and Knocked him out he was the first to do this there's a difference between winning and winning in destructive and impressive fashion.

Same with Macklin, Macklin is durable when he had been stopped he had been stopped late 10th 11th round and against Martinez at that but Golovkin treated him like a school girl KO'd him in 3.

I had Garcia for that fight from the day it was announced but Golovkin is a punching Machine and he picks his shots carefully there's no waste in motion and he is always ready to throw a little like Sergey Kovalev in that respect they are always nice and compact, every shot is a power shot and has hurtful intentions.

Sergey has a higher work rate and his shot selection is a little worse and could probably be beaten a little easierif you can make him fight more rounds.

The thing is I don't consider the fights Golovkin has fought tests. People like you are sold on Golovkin but if he loses you get no punishment. I've never acted like any fighter is unbeatable. Golovkin is just to hittable, his hype ends with a brutal KO.

I like GGG but I agree, he gets hit too much. That's why this fight with Stevens is another good test.

The way he took care of Macklin - his three punch combo to knock him out -- was fantastic. Now we find out if he has a D and if he can take a punch.

I'm not a fan boy I don't think that GGG is unbeatable I doubt he will get beat by KO as i have seen him eat shots and keep coming with out even a bending of the knees you will have to outbox him and really box out of your skin to beat him.

Macklin, Rossado and Proska are tests most definitely they are like the gate keepers before stepping up to world level where you are expected to go rounds and see the fight out on points and when he is knocking these guys out or stopping them that says a lot about what could be in his future..

I cant see anything Curtis Stevens has that could worry GGG outside of his initial few left hands, but this is boxing I've been wrong before and i will be wrong again

i like ggg but lets remember what happened to the last guy who was hyped like crazy on here and was gonna put his opponent in a coma and kill him ect. stevens has little chance but ggg isnt p4p yet

you cnanot compare a technician with power like golovkin to an all out bralwer with power like matthysse.

golovkin had over 300 amateur fights, and in a non olympic year was the amateur world champion. the following year he won silver at the olympics. the man is a technician.
