First of all, I've never picked against Golovkin, so I'm not someone who just picks his opponent.

I think you need to be able to keep Golovkin honest but he's never faced a respected hitter in the pros even in the amateurs, he only faced a skinny Bute 10 years ago. Stevens will hit him hard enough that he won't throw at will.

Curtis also has excellent timing so the shot will be a counter.

Stevens has shown a willingness to take beatings, he has talked about JMM who took a beating vs Manny before he got his shot in.

Curtis is a different fighter, he used to be a basic fighter you could beat with a jab, he has used the two years off to get better, people bring up Findley for recent fights but ask Fanfora what Findley is capable of.

I do think Stevens is much better than his losses suggest, he did better vs Boone than Ward or Kovalev.

I won't claim he's an over rated bum, the thing about the Brinkley fight he was supposed to stop Brinkley in the 1st, I don't know what happened Curtis Stevens is better than Brinkley, he is already a freak athlete and I'm thinking he's on something so beating Stevens will prove it to me.

Dirrell literally ran not what Floyd and Rigo do he was Abril, Roman who you dismiss beat Ouma and lost to Rosado by one round, Stevens beat Roman in under 2 minutes.

Throw in his work as a Chinchecker and this fight reminds me of Zab-Danny were Zab was a +600 underdog, this will not be domination by Golovkin, it will be a war Stevens wins.

i like ggg but lets remember what happened to the last guy who was hyped like crazy on here and was gonna put his opponent in a coma and kill him ect. stevens has little chance but ggg isnt p4p yet

Why do people keep mentioning Matthyssee? My god, there is absolutely nothing about Lucas Matthysse that has anything to do with Gennady Golovkin. Golovkin probably doesn't even know who he is. Some fans hyped him up, and he lost, cool. What a fan says has absolutely nothing, zero impact on what happens in the ring.

Danny Garcia was the better man. Garcia, Matthysse have absolutely nothing to do Golovkin, his career or anything that's going to happen to him going forward. Some of the same fans who hyped Tyson up before he lost to Douglas probably hype up Wlad Klitschko to the max..... Does that mean Wlad will lose to Povetkin? Come on now.

We get it, there's probably some GGG fans who were stroking Lucas' meat...... too bad those fans mean absolutely nothing. I like GGG, but i mean nothing to him or what happens in the ring. It's really unclear what you're saying about Brinkley. Sounds like you're reaching for an excuse, but it's not making much sense.
