Hopkins: Danny will be even better next fight

Oh a better back peddler? A better headbutter? A better nutpuncher? Danny is NOTHING special at all. He just grinds out wins over people who are way better than him I admit, he is tough ok sure. The only reason he left that ring standing was because he backed up all night, Lucas's bombs missed him by millimeters. Lucas never landed a full on clean right to Danny's jaw. The somewhat flush one he landed knocked Danny's mouthpiece into the crowd. I am just not a fan of Danny and never will be. I compared him to Bradley but I think Bradley has more heart. You could tell Danny was scared that whole fight. Meh if he keeps winning props to him but he will never be a star and is not an elite talent at all.

I hope there continues to be doubters like this guy. Danny will keep winning.

You should really give Garcia credit for this. That's the one thing I noticed both in the Matthysse fight, and the Judah fight - they both had trouble hitting him clean.Eventually they got through but Garcia showed great chin and resilience when they did.

I don't like Angel Garcia at all but credit to Danny, he is almost like Froch with his underrated ability.

Danny does get better every single fight.

I noticed that myself.

Every time I see him he's hitting harder, looking sharper and stronger.

damn great point i never thought about it that way but your right froch and danny are a lot alike.

nothing impressive but they continue to beat guys no one really thought they had a chance with in the first place.
