Bradley had to get rid of his promoter (Gary Shaw) in order to get the PPV fight with Manny. So it was a must for him to skip the Khan fight...
For Garcia to be in line for a shot at Mayweather, he HAD to beat Mathysse, what he did masterfully. Thats why he was on his undercard, to promote a futur fight, before that, Garcia was just another name to throw in the conversation.
Now he is the one who deserve the big fight.
But every path is different, Bradley also deserved the Pacquiao fight.
He unified twice against two top dogs of the division, what you want more?
I'm a fan of Khan by the way, hopes he beat Alexander, he provides entertainment, The King his good for boxing.
That should have been the case but Bradley found a way to weasel out of it. I'm glad Garcia didn't try to do the same.

The only other guy out there at the time was Peterson & Bradley had beat the guy. In reality he was only behind JMM & thats why you have only seen Pacman fight against those two guys until now that Brandon Rios has finally been brought along enough to fight him. Bradley had the Pacman fight signed sealed and delivered when he signed for Top Rank. He knew it was only a matter of time.
