Bellew is the Mando and has been promised the winner, but just...well, we'll see, but I've a feeling money might do the talking. That said (and not to write Tony off) it could be that the Stevenson - Cloud winner might want an easier (dare I say 'tune up') fight before Kovalev (if that's the way it plays out).
Shame ol' BHop ain't really in the mix (Murat, Bernard?..Really?) and I've feeling Shumenov's gonna disappear back to Kaz'stan to polish his belt for another year or two after he disposes of the challenger (who I never even heard of) in Nov.Comment

This^^^^^^^^^^Perfect example of a promoter hyping up his fight...
No chance in hell
Kovalev-Adonis, Adonis-Hopkims, Kovalev-Hopkins, Kovalev-Ward (fantasy matchup) >>>>>>>>>>>>x10000000000 Adonis-Cloud
edit: he said best available, which I guess is true. None of those other fights were possible for September 28thComment

Yeah, Bellew is a good fighterand more than deserves his shot but we all know the best light heavy (Stevenson) has to fight the biggest threat, that's ma boy Kovalev.Kovalev-Stevenson is almost 100% guaranteed to be next as far as I'm concerned. HBO is licking their chops At that and I imagine we're not hearing about KOvalevs next potential opponent because they're waiting for Cloud-Adomis to play out.
Bellew is WBC mandatory but I believe a unification has first priority over a mandatory
(assuming Adonis beats Cloud)Comment
