My boy Norton! When I got the text this morning I was heart broken. Ken Norton was the real deal, heavyweight champion in any other era except the one in which ALi, Frazier and Foreman dominated. A quality fighter, a real gent, a good friend and one of my personal favourites.

      RIP FRIEND!

On yesterday the sports world not only lost a true ambassador of the sport of boxing but a class act and a true gentleman, both inside and outside of the ring as well. Likewise, he was the only man, who arguably defeated Muhammad Ali, in each of the three bouts in which they competed. I'm speaking of none other than the former Heavyweight champion himself Ken Norton. Rest in peace champ and may God bless your soul! Your lasting legacy and contributions to the sport shall last forever.
