I think the better question is, "will this PPV sell?" What constitutes a PPV worthy event? To me, as a hardcore fan like many of you here, it's a great match up at the highest level. This fight is that. However, the promoters/networks have a different view and perspective on this. Will I shell out my money is another question, and I'd say no since I admittedly haven't purchased a PPV in a while.

I dont understand some of you guys. Moan and cry about fights being boring, but you dont feel Juan Manuel Marquez and Timothy Bradley are "worthy," and apparently will not be supporting them going at it. So exactly what are you paying for when you order a PPV? Because I guarantee this fight is going to be more exciting than Mayweather vs Alvarez.

JMM is a living legend. He SHOULD be PPV worthy, but he's not commercially popular.

Still, this is prob best fight of the year if Timmay goes toe-2-toe

I know that these guys were not PPV cash cows but they have certainly had enough exposure that when you combine the two fightes it makes for a solid bout that could attract some good PPV numbers. Seriously I hope you guys arnt expecting 1 illion PPV buys because really only two fighters can acheive that on their own. If the fight does 400,000-500,000 buys I think those are some solid numbers right there and its not like anybody else is doing those numbers anyways. Maybe Cotto?

Cotto-Canelo might reach a mil if promoted properly...two popular fighters, then you have the Mexico-Pr angle too

I bought Juan Manuel Marquez vs medina with cotto on the undercard years ago

Marquez has been my favorite boxer since 1996!

I ain't paying to watch this. Your gonna see who was the star vs JMM and Bradley after the dismal purchases it receives. 1 guy who robbed Pac of victory and another guy that took 4 tries to get a KO win on Pac and say, yeah, I'm done fighting him now. Not sure what to make of these two.
