Wlad is clearly the favorite, but do you give Povetkin anything more then a punchers chance?
Do you give Povetkin a chance against Wlad?

Povetkin is a curious one for me.
There have been times when it has been entirely feasible to buy into him being the man who has the ability to shock a Wlad or Vitali or at the very least be viewed as the most credible operator in a post K brother division.
He's built like a bull, has good movement and fast, heavy hands which he is prepared (and able) to let go and he's still got time on his side.
But then you look at how he turned-up for the Huck fight and the way he got more than a bit lucky that night and the only objective review of that version of Povetkin is to say 'no way, the guy is a fraud.'
That struggle with Huck variously suggests that Povetkin can be rattled by relatively small men, lacks motivation and hunger and needs someone like Atlas yelling at him to even put in any kind of performance.
Maybe he'll turn up in tip-top shape for this one, get inspired by a huge home crowd and really lets his hands go.
But the smart money has to be on Wlad spearing with the jab from distance and slowly but surely creating the right opening to unleash some power shots that stop Povetkin in or around the 10th.Comment
