In fairness I did predict Lucas to stop him, I admit I called it wrong and lost money on it. I was pretty humble about Rigo vs Donaire, I bumped one thread after - I certainly never sat on here all smug, bumping every single post which claimed Donaire would win.

I'll eat my crow and give Danny his props, he proved me wrong. Just don't get why it can never be a great fight between two top fighters. Its always gotta be he lost so must be a bum, a hypejob and would lose to just about everyone.
I don't feel Lucas got ''exposed'' or is a bum/hypejob or limited fighter. I think hes a damn beast who lost to the better fighter on the night and will be back & a future world champion.

Nope simply a guy who fights down to his oppositions level. Hes never shown me he had a decent jab before or head movement.

He got himself in great shape, looked sharp and was a lot lighter on his feet than he has previously been. You wouldn't believe that was the same guy who fought Judah, Theophane and the likes.

Yes I underrated him mainly based on he'd never shown his full arsenal. He came prepared fought a great fight, props to the kid.

I'm actually glad all these threads are being made clowning Lucas stans. The hate for Garcia on this site was crazy ******. I mean his fight with Zab wasn't even over with and there were all kinds of "Watch Danny duck Matthysse" threads, or "Danny is gonna rematch Morales again after Judah" threads. I understand some of the hate towards Danny has to do with his dad but that crap was getting ridiculous on this site. I made several comments about it before, but people were acting like this dude was some scrub who got lucky and like Matthysse was some untouchable force.

I probably wouldn't of even done that as I was expecting it to happen. I'm not sure many would of been shocked at all had it.

I don't mock people who back their fighters win, lose or draw. I know as a boxing fan how losses can sometimes hurt.
People could of ripped the **** out of me for the bold claims I made regarding Rakhim but they was pretty respectful afterwards and I even had a few sending well wishes. Its boxing fighters win & lose.
If you're fighting the guys you should be, the chances are you will suffer a loss at some stage.
