    Top 5 P4P hardest punchers

This is all subjective of course, but my top 5:

    1. Golovkin
    2. Matthysse
    3. Kovalev
    4. Manny
    5. Haye

Your top 5, or even top 10?

just power? as in who can hit a bag or a mitt the hardest?

i gotta have gonzalez up there.

if bailey was in his prime i'd have him too.

    golovkin
    matthysse
    wladimir
    wilder (wilder? wilder.)
    pacquiao
    mikey garcia
    and nonito donaire.

i'm not ready to add kovalev yet, but his hands are very heavy. he doens't even look like he's trying to punch hard, and guys go down.

      Some good shouts there.

Keith Thurman gets an honourable mention from me as well. He's a solid puncher.

thurman looks like an explosive guy.

i should have put haye on my list, now that i think about it some more. when he hits guys flush they get hurt or go down, and he's a small HW.

          Randall Bailey
          Lucas Matthysse
          Golovkin
          Kovalev
Rigondeaux - Despite Nonito being the far bigger guy, I felt Rigondeaux looked the puncher in there. The guy hits incredibly hard for such a small guy.

very fair, imo. tiny guy with a knockout punch. bonafide punchers at 122 and 118 lbs have been few and far between in history. he can't hit as hard as donaire, though.

You guys pretty much nailed all the best names already. I would have to add Adonis Stevenson to the list as well. He has some highlight reel KO's.

                Matthysse

                  good shout, deanomite.

huge puncher. carried the power from 168 to 175, too.

he can't hit like lord malignaggi, but nobody is perfect.
