But I don't think it's messed up, the dude can hardly fill an arena in his home town and Floyd is all about the dollars.

Alexander doesn't really add anything to Floyd's resume or bank account, at least Khan does that.
But you can agree with me that Khan should not be in the sweepstakes if he loses to Devon?

Of course, that would be idiotic. If Khan loses , then Danny is the man imo.

my point exactly.... that's taken away from the love of the sport... cause if popularity its what get you fights now.... the up an comers might as well quit cause there not popular yet...

Of course. You're right, Khan vs. Mayweather does have some fan appeal but personally I don't want to see it.

Now Floyd vs. Alexander is a fight nobody wants to see, not even the Flomos. Of course they'd defend Floyd's choice because Alexander is a "slick bruva".

I'd expect him to respect Alexander and therefore outbox him 9-3, 8-4, something like that. I mean Alexander has been out boxed 3 times if you really think about with guys that have less boxing ability than Khan with the exception of Bradley where it's probably even.
You don't believe this nonsense do you? Khan fights reckless all the time no matter who he fights. He'll be reckless against Devon too.

                But whatever dude.
lol... matty got robbed huh... What's in black an white is devon won randell bailey previously knocked out mike jones b4 devon...devon threw got 1300 punches wen he fought kotelnik... Bradley game plan was to head butt your opponent till they stopped the fight from a clash of heads.... you not making a valid point... devon is beating these guys weather its a lee purdy or lucus mathesse ...he never duck nor shy away from nobody... Give credit when due... one blemish on his record ... he has a hellva resume

Fought pretty smart against Kotelnik, Malinaggi and Judah. Fought pretty dumb against Peterson and Garcia. Even if he does fight reckless against Devon, he doesn't have the power to knock him out anyway.

I actually think Khan would cause more problems for Mayweather than Devon could. Khan would at least jump in while Devon would circle around Mayweather doing nothing. There's no "Money" (no pun intended) in fighting Devon for Floyd. If Floyd fought Khan in the UK they could fill out 8-10k seats, easily.
The plan was for a venue like the Wembley stadium...

No I haven't, but I know they give out free tickets. Floyd loves the sport... I'm sure he loves it to some extent, but he's proven enough in the sport - he wants the money, which is a perfectly fine reason to stay in it. But Alexander doesn't add anything to his resume or bank account. It's just not going to fly. He's not a PPV fighter.

Yes, Matthysse won the fight. Are you saying he didn't? Oh he threw 1300 punches did he? How many did Bailey throw? I seem to remember him setting some kind of record for lowest thrown punches ever in a title fight. Bradley's game plan was to headbutt? Are you serious? Alexander clinches 100+ times every fight, maybe you should look into that and no he doesn't have a helluva record - he has a good record with 2 robberies on them.
