CJ Ross= Another ****** Up Betty That Who Can't Own She Blew IT!

I dont' care what her resume looks like, she's not going to change her tone, and like Tim Bradley, she'll be the only soul that believes she "nailed it"... When you're miles away in your judging from two other judges that were on the same page, as well as every amateur judge in attendence... swallow your pride and ego Ross, and just admit you blew it! As much as I wanted Canelo to win, it was not even a close fight. This is what happened with Manny Pacquiao and Tim Bradley... it wasn't a close fight, the world was in agreement Manny won at LEAST 8 of 12 rounds, if not 9 of 12. But the fix was in. CJ ROSS missed this fight SO BAD, she should NEVER get another major championship fight to judge. And she's so full of herself, she "still stands by her score, the way she saw the fight". REALLY? Explain to everyone then how you so saw it so far the other way, from the other two veteran judges... That kind of poor, blatant judging clearly shows the judge has NO idea what they are watching, what they are looking for.

He didn[t say he convincingly lost. I speak Spanish, he said on Mexican TV that Floyd never hurt him, is fast and used the hit and run tactic to barely win by points and that he couldnt hit him like he wanted to because he felt weak ( weight drain ).

A C class fighter that went 12 rounds with the " best " while making him run the last two rounds while weoght drained because ugly Floyd wanted a catch-weight? Floyd must also be a C class fighter. And yes, JC knocked down and hurt Martinez, the same guy that badly KOed Williams. STFU puta. Eat a hot dog.

You are right. It shouldnt have been a draw. Chavez should have won. Pernell hugged and ran all night. Nobody cares about him, everyone admires Chavez. He is a HOF in Pernell´s own country hahahahahaha. In Mexico we call Pernell a maricon. Just like Floyd.

That is, if you rely only on stick 'n' jab all night, you'll never earn a victory.

First fighter to knock out the other, or score three knock downs, is the winner. If the fight goes the distance, tally the knockdowns. No corrupt/incompetent judges necessary. Just look at the electronic scoreboard above the ring.

When there's a controversial call by the referee (missed knockdown, knockdown was a trip, etc), three ringside officials can immediately order a time-out and REVIEW INSTANT REPLAY to overrule the third man in the ring. Leverage technology like other sports and fix things on the spot.

The risk here is that boxing matches might turn into slugfests because now there's an incentive to actually favor offense. Or a fighter who scores an early knockdown might get on his bicycle for the remainder of the bout. But these things can be mitigated with rule changes.

Anyway, I predicted that Floyd would school this kid. But in order for a challenger to snatch a belt in the new system, he has to score more knockdowns or knock out the champion. Otherwise the fight is recorded as a draw. Imagine how much more exciting the bout would've been if Floyd was forced to score actual knockdowns to win, not just counters off his back foot.

As it stands, Floyd utilized his usual safety-first game plan, to get the win, and nothing more. Last night, he again showed the world that he possesses elite class skills; but like a bad habit, he again didn't parlay that into a HOF performance because the sport currently fails to reward those who take risks (go for the KO).
Ahah, if those were the rules there would be no fight, no Mayweather, especially not above 140.
Ali would have been a fringe contender at best.

We would have never heard of Willie Pep, Nicolino Locche, Winky Wright, Benny Leonard, Pernell Whitaker, Hopkins, Ward etc. etc.

It wouldn't be any better in the U.K. , there surely would be no Calzaghe.
And I cannot imagine Khan being still alive...

She is standing by her call(obviously she is not gonna say the contrary) & by the $$$$$$$ she was given under the table to give Canelo rounds...She is this day & age the new "Eugenia Williams"-Williams was the judge that saw Holyfield win in the 1st fight against Lennox Lewis, even thou it was clear that Lewis out boxed Holyfield & controlled the whole fight & threw 298 more punches & landed 218 more..
