Solid post. I have to mention the Corley fight too. Floyd was always in control in the fight but chop chop was tough as nails. He kept coming and was able to buzz floyd on a few occasions. Floyd also couldn't put him away. He wanted to make a statement in his first fight at 140 but Corley was game.

Floyd made the Canelo fight look easy but I'm sure his body was hurting after the fight. Canelo was the much bigger man and he threw some violent body shots. I think that's the reason Floyd's elbow was dislocated. A lot of Canelo's punches hit Floyd's shoulders and arms too. I don't think people realize that the Canelo that fought last night punishes most of the jmw division.

Corley and Chavez are great calls, and really entertaining fights. I still have to watch the Burton fight.

          1. Miguel Cotto
          2. Jose Luis Castillo

Then you could put guys like Judah, Corley, Augustus and De La Hoya in the next 4 spots.

The first Castillo fight is the only fight he's legitimately struggled in.

He's had to deal with adversity here and there in seldom spots in a few fights but that's the only fight he's actually struggled in.

that was pretty sad. balmomir was tailor made for floyd to look great but he refused to throw anything but a potshot and then move. baldomir doesn't even have power if he did catch floyd with a good shot. it should have been combo heaven from floyd against a journeyman but he fought scared like he was in the ring with pac.
