Alvarez had power, but it's about catching Mayweather.

I've stated this before and i'll state it again. The only fighter that can come close to speed & skills with Money May is Manny Pac. Mayweather Vs Pacquiao has to happen. I don't care about Pac's last outing, he was dominating before JMM's might punch came. It's about Styles. Pac is a different breed of style that will give Money a challenge to look forward to.

Valiant try for Alvarez though. I believe FLoyd when he said Canelo will carry the torch when Floyd retires. Alvarez has potential still waiting to happen.

Delusional my ass. JMM is one tough hombre, hell the only fighter he had a hard time with was Pac. JMM has the right to being the #2 lb-4-lb. But the only one delusional around here is you if you think JMM won that fight with Pac with ease. the first 3 fights were highly controversial..... and Most boxing experts feel and publicly expressed that they feel Marquez really won those fights!!! Max Kellerman,Bob poppa, jim lamply Emanuel steward(rip) all stated they felt marquez won!!

In my humble opinion, a fighter which can punch in weird angles he would not expect, has foot work that can easily maneuver in and out, and a power above average can give Floyd problems. Who is the closest thing to it? Yeah.. PAC.

I still don't think Manny can do enough but he'll pose more danger than anyone else. Agreed with PennyAnd1 -- I like Hardaway on the Avatar.
