None of what u said corresponds to what happened in the fight? It was close, I thought Matthysse was pulling ahead (feel free to disagree, it was still close), and JUST as Matthysse started getting aggressive, his eye started swelling... After that, Garcia took over

Matthysse, even with one eye gave Garcia some late scares, and would have won the round had it not been for that technical knockdown (it was a knockdown according to the rules, but Matthysse wasn't floored by a punch, he just so happened to be on his way down while Garcia was throwing punches... Its a knockdown, but don't get ahead of yourselves)

None of that is in that comment

U never once said any of that in any of your predictions

Danny did what he had to do and bucked the odds again. I was sure Matthysse would score the KO & was supremely confident my prediction of a 10th round TKO was going to come to fruition after 6 rounds. Then Angel slapped Danny & fired him up & I told the person I watched the fight with "Danny's gonna go for it this round, he could get KO'd right here". I knew something big was about to happen & it did. That eye got busted up & Danny gained control of the fight. Sure Danny threw low blows & scored a KD when Lucas was in the ropes, but that's on the ref. Danny was in a fight with a legit beast & he showed his craft, poise & toughness. He had my respect when he signed for the fight, but he earned his lineal status in that ring tonight. What can I say this kid bucked the odds again. This kid isn't suppose to be undefeated right now. He was suppose to lose to Khan & Lucas but here he is still champion. He's a young fighter who has not handpicked his way to the top. He has legitimately earned his status & has entered the elite level. Props to Swift tonight.

So then it didn't play out anywhere near what you thought.

          WTF?!

body shots? what were you watching? are you talking about the low blows? the punches in the 11th were to the head and they were legit only after a huge rabbit punch sent matthysse tumbling into the ropes defenseless. this under normal circumstances would not be allowed and matthysse would have been given a chance to reset but the ref let it happen just like he let all the low blows and holding happen.

There was no domination but a clear win for Danny. Matthysse wasn't exposed either. They are both good fighters. I think most of us were proven wrong of how good Garcia is. This dude has an amazing chin. Not once did Lucas's punches faze him.
