he dominated? no he did not. yes he hit him with legit punches after he rabbit punched him which got him tangled. do you think that should be allowed? what if he low blowed him then knocked him down? would that be allowed as well? face it he had weeks on the payroll and fought like andre ward and abner mares. and he still barely won with all that help!

So where are all the Angel and Danny Garcia Haters now? Yea just like I thought. Danny proved he is the MAN! at 140 tonight, and nobody can say other wise. Don't believe me? Well why don't you go and ask Lucas Matthysse. ;-) que Viva Danny y que viva Puerto Rico!Comment

funny how all this complaining wasn't present when lucas rabbit punched the hell out of peterson but when you're a bias poster things happenComment

did you miss the huge rabbit punch he landed that made him fly into the ropes? are you allowed to do that? what if he hit him with a low blow that made lucas go sideways then he knocked him down? would that be legit? so why is this legit? usually fighters are warned when they commit fouls and the other fighter is reset. not this time! tony weeks is on the job!Comment

I didn't see a thumb either and Lucas gave no excuses the better man won that's it. All these people under estimated Danny, it's time to just give him his props now and that's it.The bottom line is Danny beat him soundly. Who cares how his eye got like that? You sound like a Vitali Klitschko fan. Show me the footage of Garcia's thumb going into Lucas' s eye. Danny won fair and square, that **** is irrelevant. I'm satisfied that Lucas turned out to be the hype job that I suspected he was. Hype train derailed...Comment

I like Danny and have liked Danny, but I thought Lucas was the superior fighter.
Mad props to Danny's boys who backed him up and believed in him coming into this fight. Danny Garcia is something of a little fighter: constantly counted out but always seems to win. I look forward to his next fight.Comment
