The ref **** blocked Molina every time he wanted to fight like he did that in the 12th when he had Smith on the ropes. Trying to get on the inside like that was all he was trying to do, not headbutt him. Fighters fight all the time literally head to head (touching heads) without a single headbutt incident. Since when is it against the rules?

Molina has been unfortunate to fight several fighters in a row who mostly spoiled so the boring rep he got from the Kirkland fight is going to stick with him, even though that was really the only fight he ever fought like that. Molina is very capable being in fun fights, but he hasn't had an opponent to bring that side out of him in a while.

What a horrific fight. Neither guy looked anything close to good. I don't know what the hell Molina was doing, the way he kept jumping into Smith with the jab over and over without working inside. Right guy got the decision at least, that was the biggest upset of the night IMO.

I had it 4 Molina..."judge" byrd 4 Smith, another judge a step or 2 behind Cyntha Ross, as Richard Occasio , who gave Theopane the nod over Cano...where do these NV judges get their xperience/b4 being licensed there???

I cannot unsee what I saw last night watching this fight. Somebody owe me $10 of my $76 for putting this garbage on a PPV. Carlos Molina is the worst boxer in the world! For some reason he finds a way to win. Out of all the moving he did last night I think he threw around 10 actual punches and landed about 2. But that's all you need to win a fight if you're Carlos Molina.
