They're going to have some promotion in the Bama/A&M game.... even more press before the fight.
That's awesome. Times that by 10 and you've got Pac-Floyd. I'm still kinda amazed how both Floyd and Pac penetrated the mainstream and pop culture.

Shame both the divas didn't have the perspective to understand why the sport NEEDED it to happen. I guess when you're a superstar surrounded by paid flunkeys all day, it's hard to view something like that in broader terms and not individual ones.

it's a shame for both of them, pacquiao got ktfo and I hope Floydtard does to tonight. blame Manny but blame more **** on Floyd if only he had the balls not to duck.

Tatted up Manny became suddenly afraid of needles and his biggest payday 40mil and Arum needed time to build an outdoor stadium, when Pac already fought at the Cowboys stadium which has an open top and holds over 100,000. smh

that they made this fight so early in alvarez career is evidence that they learned their lesson for stalling out the pacquiao fight.

i can't imagine this place getting any more excited for a fight, but if manny fought floyd pre marquez 3 then the fight would have been much bigger.

i mean much bigger, too. manny was a huge star. alvarez is still a new guy on the scene, and just now getting real star status. that fight would have sold 2.5-3million ppv without even trying.

Post Cotto, nothing would've stopped this fight from hitting that much.

yep.. arum screwed the fans out of a lot of great fights in recent years (juanma-gamboa, donaire-mares etc) but keeping pacquiao away from mayweather might be the single biggest crime committed against the sport of boxing in history. somebody needs to put out a hit on that old bastard already for the sake of boxing.

Manny can leave if he wants the fight but he doesn't so the blame falls on him at the end of the day
