Who has he beaten that it required much more than that?

He didn't "beat" Judah and Alexander, but he had enough skill to keep up with them even-though he's not as talented as them. Matthysse lacks athleticism, but he knows how to make the most of what he has. It's the same with Garcia, I feel like they are of a similar caliber and that's what makes it so interesting.

I skimmed, but every Garcia prediction had him winning because he's a skilled boxer whose defense will be too good. LOL.

If he proves that in this fight, okay, but he hasn't shown that yet at all.

He's not a "hit, and don't get hit" boxer... He's a punch while your punching boxer...

Like u said, not impossible, but it'll have to be something new from Garcia's repertoire that wins him the fight

I really think youll see a size difference with Garcia and Matthysse, and it's not a tall/lanky look like Peterson. Garcia is going to cut off the ring on Matthysse cuz the size will be imposing.

Lucas style suits him against taller fighters, because of the way he defends his body when he slips in

guys with a longer reach and willingness to clinch, also high volume guys can give Matthysse fits. Lucas is rightly the favorite in THIS fight as well as in his last fight
