so showtime gave Floyd 200 million, without getting anything in return?

They basically gave him a blank check. They only did this to hope other fighters would follow him to showtime, and maybe increase their subscribers. Other than that, they get nothing in return, except just having him fight with them.
they did? or is this another made up story like "Manny said he's afraid of needles"?

Its not a made up story but there have been several articles written about this. Showtime used to have the MMA program. But thats completely done, so they had this bundle of money laying around. Thats why when his fight with Ghost flopped on ppv's, Espinoza had to go out of his way to lie about the numbers, because it would make him look ****** doing this deal with Mayweather yet failing to turn a profit. I felt this fight with Canelo would shock people and do 1.7 at the most. And that would really bother showtime. But people are saying the buzz is the biggest they've seen in history. It may do a good 1.9, but if its big like they acting, it could do 2ms. TWO MO DAYS LEFT TO THE MEGA EVENT!!!!!!!!!

Yeah and GPB promote him for free, Al Haymon manages him just for the pleasure of being his friend and all his training staff do the same. The IRS doesn't even make Floyd pay taxes. Don't u know anything about flowmo land?
The big deal is tabloid sensationalism from unnamed writers , look at the headline , Im mean for crying out loud they are going on about early negotiations , did they go on about Manny wanting Cotto at 143 with a rehydration clause after fighting at 147 both sides of Cotto , have they mentioned Canelo had a 150 CW against Hatton and came in just under 152and Canelo paid a weight penalty with Hatton post fight crying how big Canelo was .
Im convinced this website is very bias concerning Floyd , to single him out the way they do over the most trivial trash they can find , and then cant put a name to it like a hating member wrote it .
You mean "bias-ed" against him. To show bias towards is to favour that person.
I don't think you're correct. It looks like what it is. Mayweather-maybe Ellerbe- was boasting about Alvarez having proposed the catch weight, and that he-Mayweather-was blameless..... just the way he always wants himself to be shown. The genuine Knight In Shining Armour.....
Alvarez was only coming out with the true sequences of that deal. Some of which we already knew because I read well over a month ago that Mayweather demanded 147, which Alvarez turned down.
