Or Mayweather will find out how good Canelo actuall is...and so will most of us. As I told the Pacquaio crowd..nothing is a sure thing.

The difference is, that was two years later and Shane was already aging when he got Floyd in the ring.
Floyd got caught. Ok that happens.
But don't forget what happened after that. Floyd beat the crap out of Mosley.
          Worst than Canelo did.

Trainer ****m Richardson said so himself. (that Floyd beat mosley worst than Canelo did)

Yep Floyd reminds me of how he was going into the Cotto fight, definitely underestimating Canelo, but Saul is no Cotto, he's much more dangerous.

I agree with you that he is talented as hell, NSB seems to hate on him a lot but I agree with you this kid is special. But I think he's too green man . He needed at least a couple of big fights before this one.

One of the smartest post I've read in a long time. Floyd was far more impressive beating Shane than Canelo was and that was 2 years later. When has Floyd ever taken anyone lightly throughout his whole career? NOT ONCE!!!
People are so focused on Floyd's mouth and lifestyle that they don't see right now the smartest fighter in boxing history. Yes smarter than the great Sugar Ray's, Ali, etc. He knows full well what he's up against, it's Canelo that has no way of preparing for Floyd.

If it was about weight why doesn't the bigger, stronger JMM who just knocked Manny the **** out wanna fight Floyd again?

Styles make fights I guess but the juiced up Marquez is a big threat to anyone in the division.

No, I agree. Getting caught happens in boxing. And after Floyd regained his senses, it woke up a dragon in him and he beat the hell out of a gassing Shane.

But Canelo steadily beat down Shane the entire fight. Shot after shot. I hated watching that fight because Shane is a nice guy outside the ring (regardless of his history with substances).

If you noticed in my post too, I did acknowledge that Canelo also fought Shane 2years later and 2 years older.
