Even now he is "dismissive" but I trust he's took his training to the limit and will be ready because he's going to fight a real thoroughbred on Saturday night. He's never faced a fighter like this before. This is new territory for Lucas, too. I just hope the fight lives up to the expectation.
I really don't understand the rationale in questioning whether or not either one of the guys wanted the fight after the fight has already been made. Is this a backhanded way to try to accuse one of the guys of trying to duck the other guy even though they're fighting in two days? I really don't get it.

Title says one thing but Mr Garcia just does not look confident to me.

Jeez, I had the fight 8-4 and I've been a Zab fan for more than a decade! Plus Lucas got a knockdown! That was a gift, straight up. Devon fight was closer, but Lucas still won in the eyes of most people and bossed the centre of the ring, and again scored a knockdown.

I like Garcia and Matthysse, both come across well. Danny can say "I've fought better fighters" and "power doesn't win fights" all he likes but he's gonna taste that power on Saturday night and we'll see how he handles it. Me personally, I'm picking Lucas to take him down but I don't mind who wins. It should be a great fight.
Idk what fights you were watching..
Lucas Judah fight could'v gone either way, with Lucas doing more damage in the fight. Alexander fight was not "closer" Lucas whooped his ass

It's not about "rationale", it's about factual history.
It's not about "either one", it's about the only one who didn't call this fight until "the network want (sic!) it".
And it's not about "accusing" anyone, Danny is fine...

Matthysse's bandwagon fans are feeling the pressure, lmao. They stand a lot to lose. One punch, and they are off the bandwagon.

Whether its factual history or not (which is certainly questionable), if bringing it up bears no rational basis it just comes off as sour g****s and nitpicking. And the last time I checked both guys are going to get in the ring with each other. I can kind of understand that Garcia is the only one being accused of not really wanting to fight because he is the champion. And challengers never get accused of ducking champions because the challenger has everything to gain and the champion has everything to lose. But after a full promotion and training camp have been completed on the week of the fight continuing to question EITHER FIGHTER'S resolve and willingness to fight is pointless. In that way you can still say Garcia didn't want the fight even if he knocks Mathysse out in the first round after the fight. If you really love Mathysse I guess it's an argument that a super fan would love to make.
