I'm not sure how you got to the conclusion that eating at night possibly made his muscles bigger. His arms most likely look bigger because he is eating more, gaining fat and muscle mass.

People do not have high or low metabolisms per say - that is another myth. Your metabolism reflects your lifestyle, genes and body structure perfectly, there is no high or low metabolism.

hey negative broseph, his chef was saying hes feeding him extra meals at night that he normally does not eat. Not that he is just shifting meals later. jesus christ.

That's not what the original poster was saying, can you read? I'm not responding to the chef, I was responding to the poster.

Also, my understanding is that whilst an ectomorph MAY be tall and thin, it is not neccessarily so. He can be short and thin, the emphasis is on slenderness and thin muscleature.

At least so I was taught.
Pretty harsh to criticize my heat of the moment mistake of there and their when you spelled necessarily, pretense and musculature all wrong.

Anyway, ectomorhphs are just simply proposed to have long and thin muscles and limbs, so yeah you're right.

Yes, you can have a higher metabolism than somebody else, or a lower, but that is pointless in even discussing, because your metabolism is specific to you and only you, so there is no point of comparisons or targets to beat, because nobody has the attributes that you do. High/low and fast/slow are words that are used when you are making comparisons, and that isn't possible really when it comes to individuals.
            Are you on drugs?

Floyd's metabolism is higher, faster, better, gooder, whatever you wanna call it, than Butterbean's. There, I successfully compared a good metabolism to a bad metabolism. The end.

No, it's not. Are you dumb? Did you read anything I even wrote?

Butterbean weighs probably 100+ pounds more than Mayweather, he would have a higher resting metabolic rate than Floyd by far, simply because he has much more weight to sustain each day (requires more calories) and his muscle and bones have much more strain on them from the huge amount of fat he carries around (requires more calories).

I told you metabolism is useless to be compared to as good or bad.

              I think you're legitimately ******ed.

Yea, it sucks when fighters have to resort to using plaster on their wraps because they don't have the money for high end roids.

I didn't think you could get any dumber. Essentially anyone who uses knowledge is speaking nerd talk and should get laid instead, and apparently nutrition isn't important, according to you.

This thread reminded me of 3-4 years ago when people would pretend to be doctors, phlebotomists, etc... and be on boxing sites talking about getting blood drawn would weaken Manny and/or that their (pretend) expert opinion proved he was clean.
