    Floyd's Additional Muscle

All Access ep 3 his chef mentioned eating late at night so his body can store the cals and use it to gain weight

All Access ep 4 his arms looked more muscular as he was on the heavy bag

how much muscle do you think he has added?

he weighed in at 150 for the DLH fight and 151 for the Miguel fight. Will we see him weigh in at 152 for this one?

I study nutrition and no, that's not how it works. Just like the myth of "eating multiple times in smaller amounts speeds up your metabolism" it's nothing but a lie. Eating food before you go to sleep will not effect your weight gain anymore than eating in the morning would.

I'm not sure how you got to the conclusion that eating at night possibly made his muscles bigger. His arms most likely look bigger because he is eating more, gaining fat and muscle mass.

People do not have high or low metabolisms per say - that is another myth. Your metabolism reflects your lifestyle, genes and body structure perfectly, there is no high or low metabolism.

Great observation. Part of it is the diet, but imo it's mostly to get used to the hours that he will be fighting.

I agree with just about everything that you say except the genes part. There is no proof in what you're saying when you include that word. Some genes are visually seen, and some aren't.

Ah, alright then. Why don't you agree with me mentioning genes? Do you understand fully what I meant by including it in regards to metabolism?
