It seems that everything Floyd says doesn't really mean what he says according to u.
It depends what he was responding to.

Context matters, doesn't it? The context of something can change the reality of what's being said can it not?

If Floyd came out holding hands with his boyfriend and said "I would like to announce that I'm ****sexual" then it's safe to say that's that is the case.

If a reporter said "There's rumours that your Finacee Miss Jackson is just for show and you're really a closet ****sexual" and he responded in a joking manner "Oh yes of course, these women around me are all for show, it's all to hide the fact I might swing the other way" It's entirely different is it not?

Both "quotes" ellude to the same thing but have completely different meaning. Thus, context.

When Floyd say's "If everyone thinks I'm a coward, then guess what? I'm a RICH coward" can you not see the obvious context that's being said in? That's he's not saying that literally?

And if you've seen the video that the quotes from this article have been taken from, it's pretty clear and obvious that it's not serious.

The fact this has to be broken down is baffling to me.

In order to convince some Floyd would have to say "The following statement is made in all seriousness and contains no sarcasm: I cherry-pick my opponents."

It reminds me of the mothers who believe in the innocence of their sons even after they've provided police with a detailed account of the crime, handed over a bloodied knife, and led investigators to the shallow grave of the victim.

Here's a nice list of quotes.

        Here's an example;

When Floyd said "We don't fight to prove who the best is"

He was being 100% serious at that particular time, you could tell from the context and way he said it in the interview, and that, was to justify his avoiding of Antonio Margarito which in my eyes, he clearly wasn't willing to fight at that time of his career.

That's the difference between one quote to another and how context can change what's actually been said.

Guess which one is a rational, adult boxing fan and guess which ones are not. Hint-bojangles1987 hates floyd more than all of them.

Some people don't need something so clear and obvious to be identified for them, thankfully.

What have we been telling all the floyd lovers for the past several years ?

                HAND PICKED !!!!!!

JR is confessing his boxing sins

                I must confess MINE.

I want to apologize and ask yall to forgive me for being very wrong about a fighter and a fight.

I watched the sho time replay of ODH and JR

ODH lost his legs in the last three maybe four rounds

UNBIASED with the sound off and used for the first time DVR replay and slo mo

ODH landed to the body and head

JR landed a few to the head but mainly landed on the gloves, slo mo proves that.

                I gave two rounds even

I managed to give JR only 4

                Oscar won 6

Oscar I am sorry for calling you out for not jabbing, you won buddy, all the naysayers can go #### , cause it don't matter, you got ROBBED

                and

if the fight goes the same for Canelo and he don't KO JR , then CANELO will be ROBBED

JR LOST !!!!!!! NOT just to Castillo but to OSCAR DE LA HOYA !!!!!!!

Floyds the KING. The king of cherrypickers but the undesputed KING of the cherrypickers none the less. No one every picked cherries as well as him. He sure is da man!
That cherry? Nope, too many KOs, too strong and tough.
That cherry? Nope, too fast and skilled.
That cherry? Undefeated, looks tough but has a record of inflated mediocre fights and the KO power of a pillow. THAT cherry I pick.
I hope Floyd suckers can STFU now since he admited to being a cherrypicker himself.
                  Well played Floyd, well played.

Not saying they haven't had the odd soft opponent but these aren't fighters who will actively avoid a showdown with anyone in their division.

We know who the cherry-pickers are in the sport and personally I feel David Haye, Floyd Mayweather, Peter Quillin are three of the most blatant.

I read it as the right fighters where chosen to make the money he is making but it's fight week so anything he says wills be twisted to seem cowardly.

Anyway Canelo time is now and he will show the world who the new face of this sport is
