Lamont peterson looked like an old man against Matthyse, the win he's getting so much hype for, and he lost to judah and lost a close fight against alexander who bradley just beat. Garcia has never been beaten and beat the crownholder of the division, amir khan.

It's all relative. Fighters act differently on different nights that's why you weigh the performance as much as the opponent. I've never seen Judah fight as hard as he did against Garcia. It was like he had something to prove.

The reality is that there's nothing special about Matthyse and he's never fought a bulldog like Danny Garcia before. This is the hardest fight of Matthyse's life.

I don't agree with the OP, Judah was going to get KO'd by Garcia until he got a bit lucky with a huge left hand he threw but I'm not sure Lucas tried to stop Judah. He erroneously had faith in the judges.

He sure as hell did try and stop Judah especially in the last 4 rounds he landed clean a whole load of times and only hurt him once.
