Is this the new Floyd-fan bandwagon line? "Floyd must have a fight coming up"? Scraping the barrel there aren't we?

This is regarding how none of Floyd's opponents to my understanding have mentioned it whether it be in trash talk or from the heart that he should have a loss for that fight.

Considering how much Floyd brings up his perfect record over and over during 24/7, All Access, press conferences and so forth it's surprising none of his opponents have used that fight as ammunition against him.

Inb4 it's because every single opponent knew Floyd won (even if you believed that, it's still good ammunition against him for some trash talk or to get under his skin.

      Thoughts?
As a Floyd opponent, you'd want a potential win to seem as great as possible, both as a matter of legacy and finance. It's best to just say how you're going to be the only guy to beat him, etc.

Well what are you going to say? . . . I mean you can only go as far as saying "Well I think Floyd lost that fight" . . . and Floyd's rebuttal is clearly going to be "The score cards say different"

Discussion over, or back n fourth and no one gets anywhere.

Didn't Canelo bring this up on all access? He said he thought Mayweather beat Castillo but that De La Hoya beat Mayweather

Maybe because he immediately rematched him and won more decisively.

Theres no point in trying to use it as trash talk. As his zero isn't that big a deal considering he hardly fights much, and many have got zeros as well.
It is what it is. People can dis his lay offs and chery picking that would be just as relevant as his loss to get to him.

He can lose at any given point people accept that, and don't think hes unbeatable.

Ugly fight, that Floyd clearly won 5 rounds, a fight that Floyd was injured in, and immediately rematched to quell noise, nothing else needs to be said. It doesnt get mentioned cause Floyd instantly rematched and stomped out that small fire
