      Wlad's definitely underrated
been waiting a long time to see him punch Povetkin's head right off
Povetkin never seemed anxious to make this fight
he was content with the phony belt the WBA gave to him
now he can't hide anymore and Wlad will kick his ass
Wlad might get more props once Vit retires
people use that as an excuse to criticize him, when it's ******
#2 guy is his damn brother, he doesn't deserve flak for not fighting him
and so what if Vit's tougher? Wlad's resume is much better
Povetkin isn't special but he's good, so it's a nice win to add

Povetkin is clearly getting smashed. Nobody believes otherwise.

At least people were torn before the Haye fight happened.
Only the Brits thought Haye had a chance, most others knew he was a loud-mouthed buffoon who dodged Wlad for years after initially calling both him and Vit out. The Valuev fight showed he doesn't have the balls to trade with a bigger/stronger guy and the Wlad fight reconfirmed for any doubters. Also Are you seriously using the Audley fight to show that he exchanges? Audley threw literally ONE punch the whole fight, ONE, so how the **** could an exchange take place?

since wlad will be wba champ for the third time, will he hold 2wba belts if he wins.

he allready won the wba belt from haye and should have gotten it from chagaev

I am excited for this fight more than any for the remaining part of the year . the second for me is Bradley vs Marquez to see Marquez swollen face in the post-fight interview .

Mayweather PPV is all fabricated , and it will go the same way as the joke DLH PPV .

Ok - So respected guys like Freddie Roach, Manny Steward, Angie Dundee, Larry Merchant, Roy Jones Jr are brits? Don't be silly. Many people thought Haye had a chance before the fight. In the light of hindsight, it is easy to say he didn't.

Well first off, Valuev is waaay waaay bigger than Wlad - So that's no comparison. Wlad is 6'5 and hence more similar to Audley and Gurov than he was to Valuev. Now, the poster said "Haye had shown he wasn't willing to engage with bigger fighters" - Which is simply not true. Valuev was a freak of nature and cannot be compared to anyone else.

Wlad didn't want to engang either, don't forget that.

Povetkin got a gift decision against cruiserweight Marco Huck.

If he becomes the undisputed champion then the heavyweight division should just cease to exist. It would become the laughingstock of the sport.

With regards to the bold - No he wasn't. He was in his absolute peak vs Haye. That's not to say he's particularly worse now, but he hasn't faced a live challenger in more than two years, so we really don't know. But he hasn't gotten better.
What did Haye exchange with those fighters, phone numbers? Because he sure as hell wasn't throwing many punches in those three fights.
